This is the most popular package and consists of:

A 90 minute consultation – this can be done either in person (depending on location) or via Skype/Facetime

Bespoke sleep plan – A detailed plan for you to follow which has been created uniquely for you and your child.

Phone support – You will receive 4 calls in the first week to discuss progress and address any issues

​

Email support – A further week of email support where you can email once per day with any questions about how things are going

£295.00 for baby/toddler in cot (up to 36 months)

​

£325.00 for toddler/child in bed (36 months +)
